Located in a mall in Appleton, this brewery had a beer that I simply fell in love with. The Blueberry beer. We didn't eat anything, we just sat for a while and had beer. The blueberry beer had fresh blueberry floating around in it, and it was not only delicious, fruity, and sparkly...it was delightfully fun.

 

Our bartender was also sparkly, gave us excellent service, and was also delightfully fun.

 

Based on this, and this alone, we gave them 5 stars.
