Bar none...this is THE best sushi we have tried in the Northern area, including Duluth, MN and Superior, WI.

Fuji is one of those places that my husband and i will save up for during the year and go to for a special occasion, and even though they have a beautiful hibachi room, and a dining room that has a menu all of it's own serving bento, sushi, and tempura...the sushi bar is our favorite. We not only get to see our sushi chefs in action, we get the most delicious sushi in this corner of the world.

It can get expensive...that is why we save up.

They do have excellent tempura and many choices of sake - which we also love.

The service is spot on, and the interior is that of a good Japanese restaurant. If you like sushi and you are in this area,
this is a must try.
